Xheader files? was Re: [Xastir] new error

The xlibs-dev package will install the needed headers.  It looks like 
x-windows-system-dev installs some additional packages, as well.  The 
x-windows-system-dev package doesn't exist in Debian stable (only in 
testing and unstable).
