[Xastir] SDTS to shapefile conversion?

Never mind; stupid mistake.  If label_level=0, labels will not display.

With quite a few gyrations I now have contours in shapefile format that 
don't have labels as nice as the SDTS files.  But I have my dbfawk 
file...
