[Xastir] map caching

How are you zooming?  Using the mouse, or using the pageup/pagedown
keys?

If you change the map center or the zoom level, the URL to fetch the
Tigermap can change.  If you hit upon the same URL again, you get
the cached map.  Try zooming with the keys and leaving the map
center the same and you should see cache hits happen.
