[Xastir] map caching

I wish it worked that way....  Eveytime I zoom to a different level and then 
use the "last zoom level"  feature, it says in the lower left hand pane.. " 
Map not found in cache....proceeds to download a new map and then I have 
multiple maps of the same thing in .xastir/map_cache with different time 
stamps, and that is all I can see that is different about them...  In fact I 
have never seen xastir reload from map_cache no matter what I try...

I like the SE,NW, etc suggestion as well!!
