The display is a little different, but if you select the toggles
- display speed
- display course
- display last report age
...from station->filter display menu, you have about the same 
information available.

The map screen gets pretty cluttered up though, especially as Xastir 
doesn't move the labels around so as much as possible would be readable 
at one time.
