[Xastir] UDP frames

Conventional wisdom on the APRS list? My, your being generous this morning.

My suggestion is to do it the way you best see fit, irregardless of the
voodoo, mob mentality, backwoods engineering way you might be encouraged
to do it on the APRS list. If no-one has done this yet, you'll set the
standard, and the rest will follow.
