[Xastir] CPU pig

I see 20-30 % spilkes on one machine. aprs.net only no filter pentium 400
40-50% continous on other local wx maps and firenet full feed. pentium 233

Whole bunch better than it was 
This is after 2 days,,,, WOW no restart tonight .....well maybe I will get a new
CVS just for the boredom.....;))
