[Xastir] trail attributes - colour, thickness

BTW, this is a bit off topic, but xastir also creates a dbfawk file to go with 
garmin routes and tracks from gpsman, so that they can be used outside of the 
GPS directory --- if used elsewhere, the color is not taken from the filename, 
and is taken from the dbfawk file instead (the color written to the dbfawk 
file is the same as the color in the name).  Assuming you run with DBFAWK
enabled, that is.
