[Xastir] Problems with Xastir Linux and MFJ-1270B

Hi Steve,

  Yep, it was a permissions problem.  I forget that in the Linux
world, the typical user account doesn't have root permissions like you
need in the Windows (you can but you get nagged to death) and the
ports aren't allowed universal access.
