[Xastir] D700 CD line

Did some tests, the D700 does not use or assert the CD line.

Does anyone know if the Kenwood TMD-700 uses pin 1 CD when connected ?

The manual has it dashed out.

Have some software that looks for the CD line to go active when connected.
