[Xastir] rtree purge

Um... yeah, you should be able to do that by commenting out "purge_shp_hash();"
I'll have to look to see why that's not enough.
My original intention was to have a gui slider in the timing configuration
box that could be used to customize the purge frequency. But I never got
a round tuit.
