[Xastir] Imagemagick

This isn't the standard place for the include files.  Are the runtime 
files also in this location?  If so, try ./configure 
--with-imagemagick=/home/gshaw/Apps/ImageMagick/ImageMagick-6.2.0

If the runtime and the development files are in different places, I'm 
not sure xastir can find them all.
