[Xastir] Setting times in Findu trail widget

Set first slider to one hour.  2nd slider automatically went to one
hour.  Did the download.  Brought up the dialog again and both are
still set to 1 hour.

This could be a lesstif thing or it could be a Cygwin-specific
thing.  I'm not seeing it on Linux anyway, using OpenMotif widgets.
