[Xastir] Expired Finger Requests for Wxsvr

Hi All-
There are a lot of finger requests to Wxsvr for expired products that 
formerly returned a "File not found" message.  I changed the parser to 
look in the archive for a matching file name, and if found the text is 
sent with an "<EXPIRED>" tag at the beginning of each line. I scrub the 
archive at the first of the month, but most of these requests are for 
things only a few minutes past expiration.
