I guess I'm confused, as:

#1 a digi shouldn't have a trail, and

#2 if you're trying to figure out the coverage of various
digipeaters you should have a bunch of disconnected dots showing
where the digi picked up a station, you shouldn't be using trails as
those can give you the idea that the station was heard in-between
the points, when it was not.
