[Xastir] Where to download usable maps?

And, of course, if you're using the Online tiger maps, and have 
"map_cache" compiled in (just requires useable berkeley-db), the downloaded
tiger maps are automatically cached for ~6mo. They are saved under:
~/.xastir/map_cache/
