[Xastir] Got my CD. Installed Cygwin. Now what?

Being a newbie to Cygwin.  How do I run Xastir?  The CD I got does not include any of the READ.ME files that are mentioned on the paper that also came with it.

It looks like I did a full Cygwin install.  I went back and made sure that all the packages were loaded.  I'm using Windows 2000 Pro.

Anyone have the next step?  I think after some prompting I'll beat this learning curve.
