[Xastir] Shapefile 1.2.10 install

Ya know the bad thing here is that I talked another
ham through this on Saturday. As soon as I read your
email it all came back to me. 

I guess by Sunday all those brain cells were gone.
What makes it even worse is that there was no alcohol
involved....
