[Xastir] xastir/gpsd - losing it in gps.c - diddling code is holding...

I made an edit in decode_gps_gga to pass all fix quality > 0. I am
currently running gpsd, xgps, and xastir on the Slackin'Dell and so far
so good. I also believe that I may have diddled on gpsd at one point so
I will have to run a diff to check for any handiwork.
A string that came into decode_gps_gga read:
$GPGGA,011920.740,4301.1492,N,08803.0319,W,1,05,2.2,203.6,M,-34.2,M,0.0,0000*48
The sensor is inside my place, on the second floor, sitting on top of a
cookie sheet ground plane. I wish that I had a way to connect the plate
to ground to make it really effective.
I may just let it run all night and see if it survives.
