Didn't used to be, but yea, it probably is now.

Another trick is to reduce the size of your window.

The problem here is that the Tigermap Server is very slow sometimes
(and seems to get slower over time, perhaps as more people are using
it), so the Curl or Wget functions time-out while trying to download
the image.
