[Xastir] Xastir 1.5.0 updated in FreeBSD ports tree.

Afternoon All,

The FreeBSD port of Xastir has been updated to v1.5.0 and is in the
ports tree (comms/xastir).

If you want to use the Tiger map caching code or other new configuration
options then you will need to do a "make config" in the port directory.

Also new in the configuration are knobs for enabling RTREE indexing and
sending error popups to stderr.
