[Xastir] New D700/D7 Options, Send Message dialog

Can someone with a D7 and/or D700 test out the new Send Message
toggles?  I need to know if the sizing of the new boxes is proper
for the LCD lines on those radios.

I can't get out well enough on RF right now to be able to talk to
anyone adequately to test this.

I'm also a little nervous about sending messages to people while
they're driving around as I don't want to be the cause of any
accidents.  Other than the speed being greater than 0, I don't know
of any other way of finding people who are actively using any
D7/D700 radios.
