Yep. Add the "--without-graphicsmagick" flag to "./configure" and
it'll skip looking for GM and go right to the IM tests.

It thinks it found all the pieces to compile in GraphicsMagick just
fine. Since that doesn't appear to work, add the flag and you
should be back to normal.
