[Xastir] cygwin compile problem

It's not finding libGraphicsMagick.so or libGraphicsMagick.a from
GraphicsMagick.  After that it's not finding any portion of
ImageMagick.

I _think_ it should have said "checking for Magick-config... no"
three times though.  Did you run "./bootstrap.sh"?
