If you read the SourceForge CVS page (any of them for any of the
100,000+ projects) you'll find the answer.  Go to
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/xastir> then click on the "CVS"
link.

It's also in the README.CVS file that's distributed with Xastir, if
you have any previous versions of Xastir around to look at.
