[Xastir] Canadian toposerver maps

We're dependent on Findu in that instance.  Send it on to Steve
Dimse and see what he says about it.

Someone could suggest to the user that they download the topo's
locally and skip the online stuff.  That's if they have enough disk
space of course and are on a fast link.
