[Xastir] RE: Xastir, D700, and 9.6k

I must have missed an internal setting then if you are using the default
script without any *baud changes.  I'll have to fire up Kenwood's MCP
program and see what it says as well as try some stuff in a terminal.
Besides, it's been awhile since I downloaded the settings for safekeeping.

This time around I have had my D700 up and running for 15 days using 
Xastir scripts If you are connected to computer via COM 1 then  when you 
switch to TNC PKT 9600 should be default.

Changes I made to startup d700:
L E  1200 [Location every 20 mins  1200secs]
ADDED      HEADERLN off   if you are using XASTIR 1.8.0 or Less this is 
NOT in the scripts

Changes I made to stop d700

PROTOCOL   Changed  CQ  to  APX160 VIA WIDE2-2
