Their licensing appears to have changed.  About the only thing I can
find now is "You may not use the Google Software in any manner that
could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Google's services
(e.g., you may not use the Google Software in an automated
manner)..."

They used to have specific exclusions listed.  I don't see anything
listed now about fleet tracking, vehicle tracking, etc.  Perhaps
they worked out a new deal with the map providers so that is
possible now?  I'll ask my Google contact.
