[Xastir] WMSradar Transparency

Two things to consider...

1.  What's the .geo file's value for transparency?  We might have to 
reset it.
2.  Have you done the WMS request and snagged the image, then used Gimp 
to look at the background color?  Then, reset your transparency to the 
hex value thereof?
