No, sorry.  You'll have to do it the old-fashioned way.

Or you can use the Serial KISS TNC interface and specify just one
KISS port number.  That doesn't get you both ports at the same time,
but it does allow you to pick which one you transmit on.  Xastir
will receive from ALL of the ports though.
