[Xastir] .geo files for the NWS RIdge Radars

On Wed, Sep 27, 2006 at 02:09:27PM -0600, we recorded a bogon-computron collision of the <russo at bogodyn.org> flavor, containing:

And upon hitting "send" on that email, the "ls" on /pub came back with an 
actual list of subdirectories.
