[Xastir] Sneaky: Forums

Well, I thought I was going to be real sneaky and get people to
monitor the (mostly useless) forums via a back-door...  I set up the
forums to mail to the Xastir list and then tweaked the Xastir list
to accept them.  Unfortunately Mailman is pissed off about the
formatting of the subject line so I wasn't able to do this.  If I
could have run it through "formail" or something I could have fixed
this too.  I backed out the changes I made to the forums and the
list.

Chuck:  Ok to delete the two remaining forums?  If so I'll get that
done right away.
