[Xastir] Forums: RIP

Sourceforge.org Forums are gone.  Even the Forums tab at the top is
gone.

www.xastir.org Forums are gone, including the shortcut at the top.

It's a much better Xastir world out there.  Thanks Chuck!

We'll rely on the two mailing lists, as we always have before.
