[Xastir] serial comms lost... I can't figure this one out.

I did a 
chmod 4755 /usr/local/bin/xastir
chmod 4755 /usr/local/share/xastir

Then restarted Xastir and it popped the serial port to life!

I had rebuilt Xastir to include some mapping stuff (i.e., pcre) and
didn't recall that I had to issue the chmod.
