Nope.  Can't be done.

Oh all right, in Linux you do a left-click and drag across the text
you want, then you open an editor in insert mode and click your
middle mouse button to paste.  If you don't have a middle button,
try clicking both mouse buttons at once.  The last trick requires
that you have "emulate three buttons" turned-on in your X-windows
mouse configuration.
