[Xastir] Xastir hangs when changing form fields

Lesstif can't handle changing widgets around without
destroying/reconstructing a dialog from scratch.  It'll hang or
crash your application.  Motif has no problem with doing these sorts
of things.  The code was changed so that if you compile with Lesstif
you don't get the D7/D700/HamHUD changing widgets.  Sorry, but that
was to protect the app from crashing.  Compile with Motif and you'll
have that cool function again.
