[Xastir] cygwin compile problem again

There was someone else that was helping me debug the GM/IM think on
Cygwin, and had it successfully fail-over from GM to IM and compile
IM into Xastir on Cygwin.

GraphicsMagick on Cygwin won't work due to dependencies that aren't
satisfied with the current X11 packages.

Try removing the GM and GM-Dev packages and you should get a good
compile.  Unless they temporarily broke something in Cygwin again,
in which case you'll have to wait.

Have you considered going to Microsoft VM or VMWare Player versions
of Linux/Xastir running on your Windows box?  Tom says the VMWare
Player version runs much faster than Cygwin.
