[Xastir] Xastir's in ADEPT

You would almost certainly have gotten exactly the same version as if you'd
done it with apt-get, which was old enough that you needed to go with a 
source build anyway.  IIRC, you started with the packaged version some 
time ago.

Adept's just a front end for the apt package system.
