[Xastir] Bad iGate messages being passed thru server port?

FWIW:  Xastir sends a CRLF after each packet it sends to the
internet, which appears to be the "standard", although I don't think
the standard was ever written down.

Perhaps there are other programs out there that add just a CR or
just an LF on the end when they igate.
