[Xastir] xastir in Ubuntu

Thanks for updating the wiki!  I followed the steps that you mentioned and
apt-get still would not install the libmotif* stuff (same errors).  I
noticed your note on Synaptic and that did work for me.  Many thanks!

Learned a few new things tonight!  Thanks for taking the time to hold my
hand.
