[Xastir] GraphicsMagick cont'd

Hi,

I've just had the misfortune of having to re-install our laptop due  
to a HD crash, so the machine is clean. Ubuntu 6.10. got the source  
for xastir installed graphicsmagick-dev instead of imagemagick etc..

my .bmp file doesn't display, I just get a black square (Same as I  
reported previously with OS X).  gm itself displays the image just fine.

There are no error messages displayed

Suggestions?

BTW. Having the wiki as a reference is just so useful.. takes no time  
at all to get back up and running.
