[Xastir] Another way to run XASTIR under Windows

Everything I have tried this on so far has been using DHCP for everything,
so I did not encounter any DNS issues.  Good to know, though - should
probably mention it in the Wiki when I get a chance.

FYI, I mounted my "C:" drive as /mnt/c and used a symbolic link from
> /usr/local/share/xastir to /mnt/c/cygwin/usr/local/share/xastir and

I have also mounted the main windows drive on one of the machines I am using
this on.  Seems to work fine.

No problem - am glad to hear it was useful.  I have seen some issues posted
regarding Cygwin recently, so I think others will find andLinux to be handy.
