[Xastir] NWS maps and geo files

Gerry,

I've fixed my problem. Maybe it was more an ID10T problem than not,
but to solve it I did two things: 1) rebuilt xastir from source (I'm
using FreeBSD 6.3), and 2) turned map transparency up.

I think the xastir package I originally used did not like curl or
something and never fetched the requested images.

I've modified a few scripts from K5EHX to get other maps that N0R and
N0Z and the .geo file output works well. I'm now seeing xastir
fetch/wget the NOAA gif images and it appears everything is fb.

Thanks much,
Scott
