[Xastir] Xastir-antiX Virtual Machine

I downloaded it from work - I had to use my secret work-around for the web
filter as it got blocked for some inane-unexplained reason (a product called
Websense, AKA Webnonsense)
It was a slow download, but got there in the end - I've not had chance to
try it.. yet. I downloaded it at about 1500hours UTC Wednesday.

Thanks for putting it there for downloading though :)
