[Xastir] installing xastir from fedora repositories

The version of Xastir in the yum repository still has a few kinks to
iron out, first. I think the biggest part that isn't working properly
is online maps. The problem exists somewhere around the libcurl, I
think, but I'm not sure exactly. There is an open bug report on Red
Hat's Bugzilla (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=435616) that
has some of the information.

If you want to setup Xastir on Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Fedora 7 or 8
I'd recommend using the yum repo but not until that has been fixed.
I'll be happy to advise the group when those issues have been fixed.

The instructions on the howto:fedora page is right on if you want to go
ahead do your install now. The only advantage of using the yum repo is
automatic updates when new versions become available.
