[Xastir] digipeater coverage plots

Dick,

I can wholeheartedly endorse the us of SPLAT as Alex Carver has suggested.

Take a serious look at the SPLAT web page and then get back to us via the
reflector here with your questions.  You are most likely not the only one
looking for this type of information.

I have SPLAT loaded on my laptop that is running "ubuntu 8.04-LTS" for the
operating system.  I am certain the group can assist you.  SPLAT has no
problem outputing "kml" files to use with Google Earth and or Xastir.

We would need to know where you are and the locations of the digipeaters
thgat you are wanting to get a coverage map of.
