[Xastir] Window resizing

OK, I just couldn't stand it. I had to run home at lunch (early one
at that!) and try Norm's suggestion of the Alt-<left click>. Great!
Works like a champ. It would be nice to know all of the various
short-cuts like this. Surely, they are conveniently documented
somewhere... ;-) Noted Lee's comment on the eeePC. Great work.

Per Curt's suggestion, I will hold off (for a while - VBG) on making
the resizing change. It would be nice to test anyway to see which
forms may need to have their widgets anchored differently to support
resizing. I looked at the messaging forms. They're resizing is OK,
in that they may be useless if resized too small, but hey that's the
nature of a gui sprinkled with some common sense.

I have the latest Xubuntu (8.10) loaded on my Samsung Q1U. It came
bundled with xastr 1.9.2. Tonight, I will upgrade to the latest
(1.9.5) and do more testing. Perhaps at that time I can get what
Gerry has contributed.

I had a bit of a struggle with getting the Bluetooth set up. It
seems the docs at Ubuntu's website for 8.10 are a little behind. I
ended up doing a google search for hooking up a remote bluetooth
serial device. Some folk had used the rfcomm tool, and showed how to
build an entry in the /etc/bluetooth/rfcomm.conf file. The xubuntu
docs said to update the /etc/bluetooth/hcid.conf file which did not
exist. Using the rfcomm, I would have never guessed. I was
pleasantly surprised how well it worked. Now my tnc-x with bt2serial
dongle and radio can be mounted in the trunk with the QiU near the
driver. Look ma, no wires! Yeah!
