I'm a sysop on the thing, but I don't think I have that capability.  There
seems to be no user management capability through the wiki adminstration
pages.  If there were, I'd probably go through and delete all the spam accounts
that are cluttering up the wiki (and which haven't been posting spam since the
wikieditor group was established).
