[Xastir] Question using xastir 1.9.5

I get;

No DBFAWK signature for tiger2008/MISSOURI/tl_2008_29_tabblock00  
Folder/tl_2008_29_tabblock00.shp!  Using default.
No DBFAWK signature for tiger2008/KANSAS/20209_Wyandotte_County/ 
tl_2008_20209_pointlm Folder/tl_2008_20209_pointlm.shp!  Using default.

For all counties too.
