[Xastir] dbfawk files for Tiger-2008 shapefiles

After loading all the dbfawk files my map still is just lines and  
little red x's. I have no color fills, street names, nothing above and  
beyond the basic map outlines.

Thanks for the explanation on the reindex thing...
